Membership cards

The new membership cards are now in County Office. Once again they will include a photograph. Cards will not be issued until Child Protection Forms/Parental Consent forms are returned.

NO CARD = NO INSURANCE, DANCES OR COMPETITIONS. All forms to be signed have been sent out to your Treasurer. Chase up if you have not received your form (over 15’s only). THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

 

CLUB AGM’s

Clubs that have had an AGM in September or who have one in October are reminded to send back their officer return form, accounts and Club Constitution as soon as possible.

YORKSHIRE SHOW & ROYAL SHOW EXHIBITS

These will all be available for collection at the Exec Meeting at the Pavilions on 11 October. Please arrange with your Club and District reps to collect your items. Anything left will be binned unless we are asked to keep something.
