¨ Final plans are well underway. County Rally Forms for Section 2 & 3 are now closed. Make sure all your members know what they are entered for and also the rules. Districts make sure your Section one entries are in on time! - 21 May 2007. Please can districts ensure members know if they have qualified to the County Rally or not. ¨ PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR MEMBERS HAVE AN UP-TO-DATE MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH PHOTO. ANYONE WITHOUT A VALID CARD ON RALLY DAY WILL BE FINED £1 PER COMPETITION ¨ Several clubs have entered members who are not actual members. Membership forms must be sent to County Office immediately otherwise they will be unable to take part. LIST ENCLOSED. ¨ Several clubs have not paid deposits - forms enclosed. These must be paid or entries will be cancelled. ¨ Due to a large entry in the Pallet Making competition and the cost involved in buying pallets we are asking that all clubs who have entered pay a £10 deposit. Please send back the enclosed form with your deposit or to let us know if you are no longer entering. ¨ Up-to-date Amendment Sheet enclosed. Please make sure all your members are aware of this. ¨ Wanted urgently volunteers for the gate/car park. Can you (or your parents) spare an hour or so! ¨ This is a day for everyone even if you are not taking part. Come along and have fun. Attractions include Elaine Hill Sheep Dog Demos, Rare Breeds Society, Climbing Wall, Laser Clay Shooting, Children’s Games, Country Crafts , Trade stands, Craft stands, new for 2007 Food Hall - so bring lots of pennies! ¨ Car stickers and leaflets enclosed. Please use these to promote the Show. ¨ We will be setting up the Show on Saturday 3 June – please come along and help. ¨ |
